Hunt Group Support
Allows the calling subscriber automatically finding available (for example, “not busy”) agents from the telephone group. Every extension will be checked until the “free” extension is not reached. The extension will be omitted if the agents are on the telephone or have set their extension as “blocked”.
Integration of real time products, such as chat, telephony (including IP telephony), video conferences, call control and speech recognition, together with “un-real” time products such as voice mail, SMS messages and Fax. “Unified Communications” is not a standalone product, but a set of products, which present a constant user’s interface among many devices and media types.
