Web Call
It is a call which is made over internet protocol (VoIP). For example, one can call using Google Voice to other recipient located miles away. Such call can also be international.
The function dials a list of telephone numbers and connects the answered calls with those who make calls, in most cases – agents. “Predictive Dialer” uses statistic algorithms in order to minimize time agents spent not by the phone.
