Virtual PBX
Virtual PBX or Hosted PBX is offered by a telephone company and can free your business from investing in the costly hardware or a complex business phone system. Virtual PBX means that every service is processed via a telephone company offering a service with their own hardware and software.
Allows the calling subscriber automatically finding available (for example, “not busy”) agents from the telephone group. Every extension will be checked until the “free” extension is not reached. The extension will be omitted if the agents are on the telephone or have set their extension as “blocked”.
