SIP Trunking
This is a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and streaming media service based on the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) by which Internet telephony service providers (ITSPs) deliver telephone services and unified communications to customers equipped with SIP-based private branch exchange (IP-PBX) and Unified Communications facilities
Allows the calling subscriber automatically finding available (for example, “not busy”) agents from the telephone group. Every extension will be checked until the “free” extension is not reached. The extension will be omitted if the agents are on the telephone or have set their extension as “blocked”.
