Night & Holiday Service
The function allows a different routing of calls during the night, festivities or holidays. The function activates in accordance with schedules set in customization menu.
The function dials a list of telephone numbers and connects the answered calls with those who make calls, in most cases – agents. “Predictive Dialer” uses statistic algorithms in order to minimize time agents spent not by the phone.
