Hunt Group Support
Allows the calling subscriber automatically finding available (for example, “not busy”) agents from the telephone group. Every extension will be checked until the “free” extension is not reached. The extension will be omitted if the agents are on the telephone or have set their extension as “blocked”.
In order to make phone calls via the Internet one’s device has to be compatible with Softphone software. In example in order to call from a PDA using VoIP technology one has to install Softphone software, in order for it to work properly, PDA has to have Softphone compatibility.
