Hunt Group Support
Allows the calling subscriber automatically finding available (for example, “not busy”) agents from the telephone group. Every extension will be checked until the “free” extension is not reached. The extension will be omitted if the agents are on the telephone or have set their extension as “blocked”.
“Call filter” allows blocking/unblocking the incoming calls as easy as to make filtration, it also journalizes all rejected calls. It is very convenient if you do not want to receive a call from some subscribers, when they will call you, “Call filter” will do so that your line is engaged.
