Gatekeeper

Gatekeeper is an administrational tool for H.232 multimedia networks. A single unit can control interactions for each zone, which comprises the terminals, MCU's and gateway within the frames of a particular domain. Gatekeeper is an optional element, but when it available, it becomes the central administrative entity.

Is a call center, in which the organization representatives are geographically located in different areas, otherwise, they are not at their work stations in the building where the organization office is. The virtual workers of the call center could be placed in smaller centers, but most often they are working from home.
