The enhanced version of a standard plan of outgoing calls offers the administrators more control over outgoing calls within their groups. In addition to “blocking” and “access” of definite calls, administrators also have an opportunity to customize the profile of outgoing calls of their group and separate participants.

Multiple call arrangement - allows the user to receive several calls simultaneously, even if they came by the same line. This stops the redirection of incoming calls directly to voice mail in case the line is busy or if the user is already involved in an active call.
