Call Relay Solutions
Call Relay is a wise way of VoIP switched connection amongst various IP networks. Call Relay makes sure that the organization of the single central VoIP portal between IP networks, thus, makes sure that achieving VoIP connections through the segments of IP networks will not be an issue.
Allows the calling subscriber automatically finding available (for example, “not busy”) agents from the telephone group. Every extension will be checked until the “free” extension is not reached. The extension will be omitted if the agents are on the telephone or have set their extension as “blocked”.
