Call Intercept
The intercept of the incoming call from an indefinite telephone number. During the call intercept the callers should present themselves and after that they will be connected with the subscriber who will have a reproduced name of the caller. One must have Caller ID in order to use Call Intercept.
Allows the calling subscriber automatically finding available (for example, “not busy”) agents from the telephone group. Every extension will be checked until the “free” extension is not reached. The extension will be omitted if the agents are on the telephone or have set their extension as “blocked”.
