Audio Codec’s: G.729, G.711
G.729 is an audio algorithm of voice transfer data compression that compresses the digital voice into 10 ms duration packages.
G.711 is an ITU-T standard for audio compounding. This is mainly used in telephony.
The program asking you to enter the extension number of the person or department you are trying to reach. When the caller enters an extension number, the system asks the name of the caller in order to inform the called party about an incoming call, presenting the caller.
