Agent Mobility
In the mobile Internet protocol (Mobile IP) the mobility agent is a router supporting the redirection of the mobile Internet traffic point when its condition regarding the home network is changing.
There are two types of mobility agents: home agent and foreign agent.
The configuration of call queue is set in a way that the agent should pick up and answer the call, because of the forced connection the called party and the caller will be connected automatically. This function is mostly used in call service centers.
