SmartNode 4630
SmartNode 4630 is a multiport ISDN BRI device from SmartNode VoIP family. It is available with 3 or 5 BRI/So port configurations, what is perfectly suitable for small and medium sized enterprises, looking for an inexpensive way to get connected to VoIP telephony services or to connect several remote offices in one network.
Additional BRI port solves many problems during integration to the VoIP network. This port can synchronize gateway and ensure errorless data and fax transfer via ISDN. With its support for line failures, port enables integration of an ISDN emergency terminal powered from the public ISDN.
4630 VoIP gateway ensures IP security features and full access routing. You can use the SmartNode as access router or CPE via broadband access, and can also get advantage from Quality of Service features that ensure an unmatched quality of voice by any gateway or IP-phone existing on the market.

Putting the call on hold by pressing the “Flash” button; the holding time is not limited. The function could be easily used at the moment when the second call has entered the line. By pressing the hold button the conversation will be set on pause and another call can be answered, finishing which you can return to the one which is on the pause mode.
