Mediatrix 500 eSBC is a VoIP gateway for small and medium businesses. They ensure secure and reliable data transfer between VoIP service provider and customer’s hardware. The devices of Mediatrix 500 of eSBC family help to simplify the deployments of SIP Trunk providing seamless integration with SIP Clients and iPBX without the need to make any configuration adjustments to customer’s devices.

The 500 eSBC devices ensure high quality service of multimedia application in local corporate network. Additionally they guarantee the accessibility of services for all terminals in local network and remote work stations running on WAN.
Mediatrix 500 from eSBC line has Fast Ethernet interface, and depending on configuration can have a built in ADSL-modem. Besides this device has FXO port, which act as a gateway between PSTN and SIP base phone network.
The Mediatrix 500 eSBC Series also includes an integrated Enterprise Router & Firewall with a 4-Port Ethernet Switch fully addressing real-time and SIP-based applications on the LAN. Firewall with status control of connection and filtration of packet ensures security of data transfer and protection from hacker attacks and unauthorized access.
Built in ADSL modem supports ADSL standards, including ADSL 2+ Annex A/B/C/M and T1.413. ADSL2+ standard allows downstream up to 24Mbit/s speed and Annex M ensures upstream up to 24Mbit/s .
Depending on configuration Mediatrix offers a set of additional licenses, including the increase in the number of simultaneous calls, local SIP server and additional features of SIP routing.
