GoIP 16 is a sixteen channel VoIP-GSM gateway, designed to provide high quality communication between mobile networks of GSM 900/1800/1900/850 standards and the networks of IP-telephony. By supporting SIP-protocol, GoIP 16 is compatible with most IP PBX and supports SIP protocol from all popular manufacturers. This feature allows you to quickly and cost-effectively set telephone communication system in an office.
It should be noted that in addition to a large number of simultaneously used SIM-cards, this Gateway can work with any service provider that supports telephony services based on SIP-protocol. Its unique feature is the ability of this VoIP GSM Gateway to make significant cost savings on long distance and international calls.
Among other features of the device, we note the possibility to make calls via a free channel. So, while making a call, the gateway will track the activity of SIM-cards and will address a call through the first available channel.
Asterisk 1.6 emerged with the several features of version 1.2 and 1.4, and also it features new dial plan functions. Further is the list of the recent updates on functionality changes.
