Audiocodes MP-20x series is a low cost and at the same time multi-functional analog telephone adapters that offer conventional connectivity of phone and fax devices to VoBB broadband voice services.
Thus, a series of MediaPack MP-20x gateways is a series of telephone adapters, which are well suited for commercial VoIP deployments. MP-20x series are designed for the rapid construction of private and small office / home office (SOHO) VoIP. MP-20x uses a typical broadband Internet connection (cable, DSL modem or fixed connection, Wi-Fi) and establish communication with the service provider through the IP connections link. It supports a rich feature set for users with such service features as caller ID, call forwarding / call redirecting, call waiting. MP-20x series offers a versatile long-term user experience of migrating to VoIP services. In addition to everything, MP-20x series has a built-in router and can maintain a connection to a computer at home.

MP-20x series combines superior voice quality and advanced features for end users, such as T.38 Fax Relay and G.168-2004 echo cancellation. The system allows you to create a list of numbers, which will be redirected in case if the telephone, to which they call, is unavailable. For example, somebody calls you to the office during your absence and the number of the subscriber who is calling is in the list, accordingly this call will be redirected for instance to the phone of your car or some other indicated by you in the system. In case if at the moment of your absence you will be called from a number that is not in the list, the call will not be redirected but most likely will be sent to the voice mail. Thus, you will never miss a call from partners, who are important to you.
