Mediant 1000 a media gateway from AudioCodes, which was designed on the basis of modern technologies and fully supports traditional and wireless (including cellular) types of networks. Created in compact 1U chassis media gateway realizes an interface function between TDM and IP networks in corporate or small operator solutions.

Based on Voice over Packet one of innovational technologies by AudioCodes, Mediant 100 is capable of reducing the time required for integrating a service and ensures high level of the reliability of the solution, required for the new generation networks. Mediant 1000 provides excellent mechanisms for connection of traditional phones and IP-PBX to networks or connection of IP-PBX systems to the PSTN.
