Polycom video conference system is based on the standards of high definition: Polycom HD Voice technology can transmit high-quality sound without any distortion. Additionally, the Polycom HDX 8000 is equipped with the StereoSurround, which separates sounds in the channels, thus providing a spatial placement of remote workers, creating full "presence effect".
Using the Polycom system you have the option to show the joint documents and data with maximum quality. And thanks to People on Content every participant can present oneself directly on the background of a provided presentation or document.
During the need for High Definition conferencing, Polycom HDX 8000 can be easily integrated with the Polycom RMX2000 server. In addition, for the planning and administration of the system, it can be integrated with Polycom ReadiManager SE200, and with RSS2000 streaming server in order to be able to record and then to play the video.
The system allows you to create a list of numbers, which will be redirected in case if the telephone, to which they call, is unavailable. For example, somebody calls you to the office during your absence and the number of the subscriber who is calling is in the list, accordingly this call will be redirected for instance to the phone of your car or some other indicated by you in the system. In case if at the moment of your absence you will be called from a number that is not in the list, the call will not be redirected but most likely will be sent to the voice mail. Thus, you will never miss a call from partners, who are important to you.
