Founded in 2002, VoEx is an enhanced managed services provider that delivers domestic and international Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) long distance services to very large, communications-intensive customers. Based in Grand Rapids, MI, our primary mission is to accelerate the benefits of converged voice, data and video IP-communications by delivering cost effective and high quality VoIP services and applications. The telecommunications industry is undergoing dramatic technology, regulatory and structural changes. In the midst of these changes, VoEx is extremely well positioned to provide its customers both immediate savings and an excellent service experience. The most immediate market opportunity is with VoIP long distance services, and VoEx is poised for dramatic growth by enabling and accelerating the convergence of VoIP over our customer`s existing and trusted data infrastructure.By accelerating this convergence with its focus on the very large customer space, VoEx provides immediate return on the customer`s existing technology investments while creating an exciting opportunity to explore other IP-based applications beyond VoIP long distance. Given the reality that the transition to the "next generation network" is a process and not an event, VoEx`s integration expertise helps customers resolve the inter-working challenges between prevailing IP standards, such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP, and the legacy TDM environment during this evolution.Absent the baggage of a traditional telecommunications company`s legacy networks and systems, the VoEx enhanced managed services platform yields significant operational and service delivery advantages. These advantages enable VoEx to scale quickly while maintaining a very low cost structure, allowing VoEx to extend dramatic savings to our customers. And, unlike other newer VoIP providers that focus on the retail, small or mid-sized enterprise, and consumer segments, VoEx delivers the unrivaled quality of service, reliability and security that these largest, most sophisticated customers demand. oEx is particularly focused upon a select group of large, under-served, communications-intensive enterprise segments. These particular segments all share common attributes as large "closed user groups," serving large communities of affiliated commercial or consumer end-users that require cost effective communication solutions.
