It also furnishes real-time network status to our Customer Support Team and assists with problem resolution.Our data center is multi-home BGP and we are connected to the internet utilizing multiple and redundant Colt Telecom/Avaya tenovis DS-3 connections. We employ redundant UPS power, environment and climate control in our a hardened building.
