In addition to being one of the largest providers in the world for terminating minutes to our home country Jamaica, we also have our POP (Point of Presence) in the heart of Jamaica`s business sector, New Kingston .We also have a redundant POP located in one of the largest teleports in the United States.We are here for our People, to provide them with unmatched quality and service at affordabe rates.We are 100% owned by Jamaican People, We were built by Jamaican People and We are here to serve the Jamaican People.Peoples Telecom Jamaica Limited was formed in early 2003 to take advantage of the opportunities that became available in the Telecommunications sector due to a phased deregulation mandated by the Telecommunications Act of 2000. The general consensus at the time felt that the monopolistic power held by a foreign corporation in the information age was not only allowing a company to enjoy exorbitant profits at the expense of its people but worse home grown businesses were being denied the opportunity to compete in this thriving market.

The system allows you to create a list of numbers, which will be redirected in case if the telephone, to which they call, is unavailable. For example, somebody calls you to the office during your absence and the number of the subscriber who is calling is in the list, accordingly this call will be redirected for instance to the phone of your car or some other indicated by you in the system. In case if at the moment of your absence you will be called from a number that is not in the list, the call will not be redirected but most likely will be sent to the voice mail. Thus, you will never miss a call from partners, who are important to you.
