is transported and terminated using the Voice over Internet Protocol ("VoIP") over a broadband
connection. The Company''s revolutionary new technology creates a switchless worldwide

long-distance services at exceptional profit margins.
Company History. The Company was incorporated in February, 1998. After locating its
headquarters in Florida in 1999, the Company began developing and engineering the proprietary
routing, monitoring, and billing software and the unique switchless connectivity solutions that
now make the Company one of the most efficient and technologically advanced international
telecommunications networks anywhere. Launching its wholesale international voice and data
service in 2000, the Company focused its initial marketing efforts on building strong
relationships with established and emerging telecommunications carriers in Latin America.
Since 2005, the Company has been a market leader in inbound traffic from or through the United
States to Mexico and various other Latin American markets. While continuing to consolidate its
market strength in Latin America, the Company has also been expanding its network into other
key territories. The Company now has more than 350 customers located throughout the world,
including ATT, Skype, Verizon, Qwest, iBasis, Primus Canada, Level 3 Communications,
Telecom Italia, Belgacom, Global Crossing UK, Korea Telecom, KDDI Japan, Telekom
Malaysia, Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tata India, Americatel, Telecom Argentina, Telemar
Brazil, and Teléfonos de México (which is better known as Telmex). The Company''s superior
