Intercom Ltd. is expanding its market with new high - power satellites: NSS7 West African Beam for Nigeria and neighboring countries; NSS6 Middle East Beam for the Gulf, Iran and East Africa; NSS6 Indian Beam for the Indian subcontinent; and NSS6 South African Beam for South Africa.

This complements the existing coverage with Atlantic Bird1 for Europe and Arabsat2B for the Middle East and North Africa.

The new fleet announcement also coincided with the launching of new products that are well positioned for different market segments.

Intercom offers One-Way/Two-Way connection via its satellite network to ISP's, Internet Caf鳬 corporate businesses and home users, bringing affordable and easy to deploy broadband Internet to this part of the world with speeds up to 4MB/s.

Selective Call Routing

The system allows you to create a list of numbers, which will be redirected in case if the telephone, to which they call, is unavailable. For example, somebody calls you to the office during your absence and the number of the subscriber who is calling is in the list, accordingly this call will be redirected for instance to the phone of your car or some other indicated by you in the system. In case if at the moment of your absence you will be called from a number that is not in the list, the call will not be redirected but most likely will be sent to the voice mail. Thus, you will never miss a call from partners, who are important to you.
