 Indentify business opportunity with MNOs /FNOs /MVNOs /Wholesale Carriers for voice interconnection.
 Handle business contracts with potential partners worldwide.
 Co-ordinate with relative departments (Technical, Settlement and Billing, Core Network...) to execute project of cooperation with Wholesale Carriers/ MVNOs based on payment guarantee.
