We started our operations in 2005, offering customers an alternative to companies that don`t like to listen to their customers. We like to listen to our customers, and we like to see customers happy with the service they receive. We were once customers for other companies and we have dealt with the frustration and anger when we received poor service, dishonest invoices and unhelpful customer service. So we decide to change that. We concluded that every customer deserves good service and outstanding customer service. That`s why, whenever there is a problem, we not only listen to you but we fix it.Here at EuroConnect we are guide by one slogan: "Our customer, our master". That is because we are in business for you. Without our customers, we wouldn`t exist. That`s why we value our customers and we strive to ofer you what we didn`t get from other phone companies. Silent monitoring is usually used for educating purposes, but on continuous basis in order to ensure the quality of service provided to clients and to improve productivity.
