Digital Voice is a business to business specialist VoIP provider (or managed business VoIP) for small to medium sized businesses.

Digital Voice has established strategic partnerships with both NTL and Mitel to deliver our clients a superior VoIP Business Solution.

The concept of routing voice traffic over IP is not new, however our unique hosted network platform takes this technology to a new level.

Unlike traditional VOIP systems you do not need to purchase and install expensive digital switch systems and build dedicated networks within your business to enable IP Telephony.

Digital Voice has built and manages a full Digital IP Switch platform in our data centre and all your voice traffic is routed via either Softphone (software based) or Deskset (handset) based telephony units across a secure Virtual Private Network to our switch then routed to your other IP sites or externally via ISDN to non IP enabled recipients.

Virtual Calling Card

Virtual Calling CardThis service allows the subscriber making calls from any telephone to any number and the bill for these calls will be charged from the account indicated on the Virtual Calling Card (VCC), the system, which does not refer to the line from which the call is made. “Virtual Calling Card” works by the method of so called “Access Code”, the service access code. All calls with virtual telephone cards are preceded by the entrance of the access code. After dialing the access code the subscriber will be offered to dial the virtual card number, and after that the number of the desired subscriber.
