Astral has headquarter in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia with branches in Mali and more than eight countries around Africa, Middle East, Europe, and USA.

Astral was found in April 23rd 2004 by Mr. HO teck Keun (company director) Dr. Thor Hong (chairman) and Mr.Issa Diabte (the managing director).

Silent monitoring is usually used for educating purposes, but on continuous basis in order to ensure the quality of service provided to clients and to improve productivity. At the same time, before the connection with the agent, the caller has to be informed that the conversation will be monitored with the purpose of improving service.
