ArcTEL is a direct access service provided by Arcturus International Limited, a registered telecommunication service provider in the United
Kingdom.

This service is available only in the United Kingdom, enabling low-cost international calling service. This service does not operate
through our switch in the USA, but has strategic partnerships with reputed and licensed UK based operators.

In the United States, it works with
International PTT and TIER 1 telecom carriers that interconnect with carrier customers and vendors. The US operation is carried out under the entity Arcturus Telecommunication Exchange located at One Wilshire.

Operating on the Robust Nortel DMS 250/300 switches, we meet the configuration needs of all international telecommunication services as well as gateway requirements for international services. Our network supports SS7, C7, C5, PRI-ISDN, R1 and R2 signalling protocols and features. We have a switch capability of over 20,000 ports.

Arcturus owns and operates a state-of-the-art Network Operation Centre (NOC) that is used to manage and maintain services on global markets.
