Access operates an international Multi-service ATM and IP network, and is in the process of expanding its network to include 20 additional European cities. With the expansion of the network, Access is continuing, to add new functionality such as network-wide calling card services and other value-added services including the much-acclaimed Interlocal service.Access places an emphasis on providing quality on all routes. Access provides 24/7 operational support to its partners and customers through its NOC (Network Operations Center).
